Environmental Impact Studies (M.P.E.)

According to the Law 4014 / FEK A'209 / 21.09.2011, the environmental licensing of projects and activities in the public and private sector requires an Environmental Impact Study (M.P.E.). After inspection and study of the project or activity, it is identified and evaluated the major environmental impacts, and is set out the list of measures to be taken to prevent, reduce or compensate for any impacts.
