Halkidiki’s climate

The climate of the prefecture is mediterranean at its southeast finish. Inside, the climate is quite coarser, while not ever changing into continental. The winters are delicate with a great deal of precipitation and therefore the summers hot and dry. The hottest months are July and August and the highest precipitation is recorded between October and April. The fact that Halkidiki is at an equivalent latitude as Majorca is exceptional.
